DPCA is a growing community of mental health counselors who strive to advance the profession and practice of professional counseling in Delaware. We also provide continuing education opportunities through conferences, workshops, and other means that assist professional mental health counselors and others in updating and enhancing their competencies.
We have avid interests in training and credentialing of professional counselors, in research, in positive relations with other professional organizations and in effective advocacy of counseling-related issues. If you share these interests, we invite you to join our programs of public awareness designed to enhance recognition of professional counseling and its practitioners.
